Leaders are readers!
If you are going to lead in your field, in your domain; if you are going to gain mastery, reading is compulsory.
If you are too lazy or busy to read, you would be too lazy or busy to lead.
The more you know, or the more knowledge you have, the more life will entrust into your hands.
