We are in a time when many believers know their gifts yet hesitate to walk in their calling, but God is awakening a generation that will no longer be passive spectators.
This conference, birthed from God’s heart, calls believers to be called, equipped, and sent—to embrace divine purpose (Jeremiah 1:5), receive empowerment (Ephesians 4:11–12), and act in obedience (Matthew 28:19–20).
Just as Jesus empowered His disciples, God is raising leaders, ministers, innovators, and warriors who will boldly advance His kingdom with authority and power. Its aim is to ignite believers who will take initiative, activate their gifts, and impact their world—men and women whose obedience and courage will transform nations, confront darkness, and manifest God’s glory in every sphere of influence.
Every session is designed to deepen your understanding of God's call on your life and what He has equipped and sent you to accomplish for the Kingdom of God on earth.

Niyi Borire is an award-winning neurologist, neuroscience researcher, lecturer, author, speaker and change agent, who is on a mission to equip leaders to create personal, professional or organizational change. He is a certified leadership coach, keynote speaker and an engaging trainer/facilitator, having completed several accreditation qualifications including: a diploma in Neuroscience for Business from MIT, Boston USA; The Neuroscience of Leadership course with EnHansen Performance; and the John Maxwell Team Certification Programme.
He is the founder of Legacy Consults, a leadership development platform that equips leaders to improve their performance and inspire their teams to increase the productivity and profit of their organizations, using evidence-based and bespoke neuroscience solutions.
He is also the convener of LEGACY Conference, an annual virtual executive conference which had over 6000 registrants with a daily audience of 1000 participants in the flagship edition which held in September 2021.
An Amazon best-selling author, Niyi has written four books, including his autobiography titled ‘Navigating Change: Timeless Secrets for Growth in an Ever-Changing World’; ‘The Diary of a Braniac’; and ‘Vitória é certa’. Niyi and his wife, Yemi, pastor Beautiful Gate Sydney in Australia. They are blessed with two wonderful boys
