HOW TO TAKE ACTION FROM WHAT YOU'RE LEARNT

Knowledge is not power. Knowledge is potential power. The real power is the action you take from what you learn.
For those who watched the live webinar or watched the replay, please take action. No excuses.
I want to help you with four keys to taking advantage of anything you learn:

1. Use the ACT principle:
A - Apply | What can you apply right now?
This helps you to get into action mode right away. Anything you don't use, you lose.

C - Change | What will you change right now?
This question helps you to reflect on what you are currently doing that is probably not working and then you can change it.

T - Teach/Tell | What can you teach from what you learned?
When you teach what you know, you can never forget it. So, share what you know. That's why I asked you guys to screenshot and share what you learned. It's a powerful tool to help you be accountable and take action.

2. Ask yourself: What is the simple or smallest thing I got from what I learned that I can start doing daily?
Look at your notes and see what small thing you can start doing daily or consistently.

It may be about being consistent with your personal brand. It may be hunting for coaching or shopping for your greatness, it could be learning daily.

Just make sure an action point is there for you to do daily and consistently.

Remember, persistence helps you get it but consistency helps you keep it.

3. Be Accountable: Find someone you will be sharing what you are learning with.

Until you have someone/platform where you are constantly sharing your learning, you will not feel you are growing.

Growth is powerful when you keep sharing what you are learning.

I hope this helps

Picture an eagle in a cage. No matter how beautiful the cage is, the eagle was not designed to live in a cage. It was designed to soar on the highest heights and mountains with courage and flair. No matter the lure of the cage, it can never surpass the freedom of the eagle soaring in all expanse of the skies in all of its glories and strength. Like the eagle trapped, too many brilliant, gifted, called individuals are trapped in the cage of careers they were not designed for. They can never command their true worth and value, they can only eat the crumbs they are being fed by their captors. The lure of salaries and pennies that will never satisfy keeps them in such cages. They would rather remain in the rat race than take the risks for their freedom and glory. The Bible says, "If the Son (Jesus) sets you free, you will be free indeed." - John 8:36 As a child of God, you can break free! You were not designed to be caged! Any job that does not give you the freedom to express your gifts, talents and calling is a cage. One of the biggest graveyards of purpose I see is this graveyard of unfulfilling careers. People get jobs only for the sake of earning, rather than fulfilling their life's calling and pursuing what matters to them. But here's the truth: The careers you were not designed for will not satisfy you. They will leave you with voids and emptiness. At the end of your career, you would lack true legacy, influence and impact. Your time to break free is now. I believe in you. Dr Samuel Ekundayo
